Effects of salinity on selected reproductive physiological parameters of striped snakehead fish Channa striata

This study was aimed to investigate the effects of salinity on the reproductive physiology of striped snakehead Channa striata. We report here the effects of salinity levels on the osmoregulation, hematological characteristics, growth, and maturation of C. striata to provide scientific bases for the adaptation and development of this important aquaculture species in the Mekong River Delta of Vietnam in the context of climate change impacts.
